What You Will Do

Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses

Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders

Help resident restore their physical function and mobility

Must Have

Compassion for residents

Forward thinking

Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients

Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
