What You’ll Do: As a Sales Associate, you’ll meet with homeowners who are looking to help customers find the right solutions to ensure their safety and home comfort. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the options that best fit their home and budget. Responsibilities: Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and other home system needs Conduct in‑home consultations and system assessments Present customized home solutions and financing options Educate customers on products, energy savings, and system benefits Build trust and long‑term customer relationships Follow up on leads and opportunities Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation What We’re Looking For: You do not need HVAC or construction trade experience to be successful in this role.
