Adecco is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in Roscoe, IL. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Required overtime on Fridays (expect up to 50-hour work weeks at this time)
• Pay: $16.50/hr to start
➤ $17.00/hr after 30 days with strong performance
➤ $17.50/hr once hired on
• Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

Job Summary:

The Assembler works as part of a team responsible for assembling components and finished products. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail while following production processes and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rotate through tasks within the production process
• Assemble entire products or components as part of a team
• Follow work instructions and determine proper procedures
• Assist in the production of wiring assemblies
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (if trained/assigned)
• Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness
• Support general production and warehouse duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Dress Code / Work Environment:

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Long pants and long sleeves required
• Facility is not climate controlled, temperatures may vary seasonally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic understanding of production and quality control processes preferred

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour
