What You'll Do As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a greater than 100-unit condominium resort while ensuring exceptional service for guests, property owners, and team members. (This role WILL REQUIRE weekend hours). You'll provide leadership for: Housekeeping Operations Maintenance Operations Front Desk & Guest Services Daily Resort Operations Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting department managers and front desk staff Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations Managing work orders and preventative maintenance programs Ensuring guest rooms and resort facilities meet high-quality standards Supporting and monitoring contracted housekeeping services Coaching, training, and developing team members Utilizing the property management system to track operations and performance Solving operational challenges while maintaining outstanding guest service Creating a positive, professional, and productive work environment Collaborating with leadership to continually improve resort operations What We're Looking For We're searching for a positive, organized leader who enjoys motivating others and creating structure in a hospitality environment.
