Senior Manager, HR Transformation - Workday PM/BA

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Transformation - Workday PM/BA to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide HR transformation efforts with a strong focus on Workday governance, change management, and solution delivery. The position will partner closely with HR, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape requirements, assess impacts, and keep initiatives moving from planning through execution. It is well suited for someone who can balance business analysis, program coordination, and deep HR systems expertise to drive effective outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Establish and lead governance frameworks for HR systems enhancements Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping and impact assessments Partner with stakeholders to shape and challenge requirements for HR systems solutions Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies Act as a subject matter expert in HR systems and HR processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6 to 10 years in HR product management or HR 6 to 10 years of experience with Workday is required Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition functions strongly desired Financial Services experience is a plus PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and critical illness insurance Disability benefits Retirement savings plan Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave Parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
