Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary:
Upwards ABA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Central Denver . As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting, and work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting

• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate session data during sessions

• Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills

• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

• Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel consistently to the Central Denver area

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience preferred

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
