Overview The recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, specifically Hiring Manager intake calls, posting requisitions and reviewing/screening/vetting candidates and working with TA Coordinators to schedule all interviews, and the offer extension/negotiation. This role emphasizes independent, high-volume hiring manager partnership from intake through offer acceptance. Description Conduct hiring manager intake calls; post and manage reqs. Review resumes, source talent, and complete candidate phone screens. Own candidate communication and the interview/selection process. Partner with interview coordinators and use available AI-enabled interview tools. Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations. Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners. Skills & Qualifications Approximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment. Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
