TEPCON Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Operations Associate who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the operational heartbeat of a growing construction company while helping ensure teams, priorities, and commitments stay aligned and moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, priorities, and processes while ensuring important commitments don't fall through the cracks. You will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, helping teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on execution.

This is not a traditional administrative position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate communication and priorities across operations, project management, accounting, and field teams
• Track commitments, action items, and key initiatives to ensure timely follow-through
• Maintain schedules, deadlines, and operational workflows
• Assist with onboarding coordination, expense tracking, and company-wide support activities
• Develop and maintain operational scorecards, reports, and tracking tools
• Identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and proactively recommend solutions
• Create consistency and accountability across multiple teams and responsibilities
• Help ensure important priorities remain visible, organized, and moving forward

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, office management, or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
