UCaaS Business Development Rep - Entry Level

Location South Plainfield, NJ / Remote Employment Type Full Time Salary Range $45,000 – $60,000 per year + commission + incentives Job Summary We are looking for highly motivated hunters who are aggressive in outbound cold calling, partner recruitment, and business development. The ideal candidate must be energetic, target‑driven, confident, and passionate about building new relationships and generating revenue opportunities. This role is not for passive salespeople; we seek self‑driven professionals who enjoy outbound prospecting, recruiting channel partners, creating new opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
