Civil Engineering - Land Development (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

What you'll work on

Residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including urban infill and redevelopment
Site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
Entitlements, permitting, and coordination with DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia agencies
Client and consultant coordination from concept through construction
For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and regional jurisdictional requirements
Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects
