Senior Associate / Of Counsel - Employment Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel for employment litigation in Atlanta, Georgia. The candidate will independently lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and related state laws. Duties Lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters. Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Manage wage and hour matters under FLSA and related state laws. Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery. Draft and argue motions. Take and defend depositions. Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Requirements Significant employment litigation experience. Ability to manage all phases of litigation independently. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Georgia Bar.
