About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of part of commercial and agronomical solutions for Yara Europe. This role is part of the Digital Team and works closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive digital product strategy, delivery, and adoption. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from defining customer needs and setting strategic direction to delivering impactful features and continuously optimizing performance. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain within our farmers and retailers portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes
• Own product performance end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights
• Lead the development of core platform capabilities, including reward ecosystems and digital tools for retailers, ensuring scalability and long-term value creation
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences and robust, scalable solutions
• Ensure effective integration with CRM and other commercial systems, enabling operational excellence and commercial impact
• Define, track, and act on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, redemption, sales accepted leads), translating insights into product improvements and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with User Research and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and build strong business cases for investment
• Act as a key interface between regional teams, central technology, and senior stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency, and timely delivery

Profile:

• 7+ years of overall product management experience, including at least 2-3 years as a Senior or Lead Product Manager, ideally in commercial platforms, customer engagement, or digital ecosystems
• Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, with demonstrated experience building and launching digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, and driving measurable business outcomes post-launch
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategy in complex, cross-functional environments
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practices
• Experience working in technical domains such as platform integrations, APIs, and data-driven products
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear decisions and business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Location: Bulgaria, Spain, Italy or Lithuania

If position is appointed in Lithuania, the offered salary range for this role is from 3923Eur to 5884Eur gross/month (final offer depends on candidate's qualifications, skills and experience)

If position is appointed in Italy: RAL iniziale offerta : 56.283,2 €
