Senior Sales Trainer

Overview Senior Sales Trainer – location must be based in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT, with a hybrid in‑office/remote work arrangement. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to join our technology team and help unleash the potential of every business. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve internal sales training that accelerates ramp time, deepens product and sales expertise, and drives measurable performance outcomes across our sales teams. Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable training programs, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, and methodology reinforcement (winning by design). Facilitate engaging, high‑energy sessions in live or virtual environments such as classrooms, sales kick‑offs, and workshops. Create modern learning experiences that combine instructor‑led training, on‑demand e‑learning, role‑plays, etc. Partner with revenue enablement to translate business priorities into targeted learning objectives, curriculum roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with the go‑to‑market strategy. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create programs that drive retention and behavioral change. Develop and maintain facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, knowledge checks, and assessments. Measure training effectiveness through completion rates, assessments, sales manager feedback, and downstream sales performance indicators. Understand and apply the winning by design sales methodology within the sales cycle. Qualifications Five years’ experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales, or learning & development. Demonstrated experience delivering trainings to teams or groups of people. Charismatic facilitator who can read a room, adapt on the fly, and keep audience attention. Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills. Demonstrated experience with learning technologies: LMS platforms, production tools, and enablement platforms. Strong instructional design skills (bonus). Experience training B2B sales teams in fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech platforms. Benefits / Compensation Full‑time position with a good‑faith estimated annual salary range of $113,600 to $171,575, with potential for bonus and other incentives.
