SCIF Accreditation Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations, on the project, you will:

• SCIF Accreditation: Prepare, review, and submit Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), TEMPEST addendums, and co-use agreements to the Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) and Accrediting Official (AO).
• Construction Security: Develop and implement Construction Security Plans (CSP) for new SCIF build-outs or renovations. Oversee site security managers and secure construction processes.
• Facility Inspections: Conduct baseline, annual, and ad-hoc physical security inspections of accredited facilities to ensure ongoing compliance with technical specifications.
• Systems Oversight: Evaluate and approve Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) designs for SCIF integration.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify physical security vulnerabilities, draft comprehensive risk assessments, and recommend cost-effective mitigation strategies or waiver requests.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• 5+ years of experience in personnel security in a government or national security setting
• 3+ years of experience with the SCIF accreditation process
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Bethesda, MD.
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience with facility or construction security and associated planning, inspections, and compliance

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Bethesda, MD, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Bethesda, MD and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
