The hospital provides medical and surgical services, intensive care, diagnostic imaging, emergency services, oncology care, cardiac rehabilitation, and primary care services. The facility is supported by an active medical staff offering care across a range of specialties. Community Granbury is a historic resort community located on Lake Granbury , approximately 35 miles southwest of Fort Worth.
