LPN – Skilled Nursing | Hillsdale, MI
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, treatments, documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of LPN/Skilled Nursing experience
- BLS certification from AHA
- COVID vaccination record
- Current immunization records: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Flu & Tdap
Schedule:
- Mid shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- 8-hour shifts only
- Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Every Other Holiday (EOH)
