Job Description Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels—including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually—to provide optimal counsel while adopting a digital‑first mindset. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all banking channels. Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and obtain account information. Educate clients on deposit and loan products and recommend solutions based on their unique goals and needs. Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up to understand financial needs and channel preferences. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings. Provide consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products to meet their financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training. Registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and must maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record. Preferred Skills and Experience Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up. Effective engagement and communication skills with clients. In‑depth knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services. Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions and using digital products and self‑service technologies. Advanced proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively. Experience working in the financial services industry. Compensation Pay Range: $23.75 – $29.03 per hour.
