Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a top financial services client. This individual will own and drive the organization’s full talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and hands‑on recruiting expertise to build sustainable talent pipelines, elevate employer branding, and ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable hiring process across a large enterprise environment. Day-to-Day Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with senior leaders Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs Own and continuously improve TA processes, metrics, and reporting Manage employer branding, social media, and community recruiting efforts Design and optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment channel selection Oversee campus recruiting and recruiting events Conduct interviews for key and leadership roles Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Manage recruitment vendors and propose new vendor partnerships Monitor and reduce recruitment-related costs Act as a subject‑matter expert for TA across the organization Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of recruiting experience Proven experience developing and executing TA strategy Strong communication and negotiation skills Leadership and people management experience Job interviewing and selection expertise Analytical and reporting skills Social media and employer branding knowledge Working knowledge of employment and labor laws Experience managing recruitment processes and HRIS content Plusses Master’s degree Banking or financial services industry experience Experience supporting large, enterprise-level organizations Vendor management and RFP experience Campus recruiting strategy experience Compensation $107k to $140k per year annual salary Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
