Join a Growing Team at Haddad Plumbing & Heating Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Driver to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, NJ. This is more than just a driving position. You will play a key role in supporting major commercial plumbing and HVAC projects throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester County. As a Driver, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered safely and on time to our job sites. What You'll Do Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, including box trucks and straight trucks Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and designated locations Load, unload, pick, pack, sort, and transport materials Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations Conduct daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records Work closely with warehouse staff, field personnel, and management to support daily operations Represent Haddad Plumbing & Heating professionally when interacting with employees, vendors, and customers Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of driving experience Valid Driver's License Clean driving record with no points or accidents Experience operating non-CDL trucks, box trucks, or straight trucks Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits Include: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Stable, Full-Time Employment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Schedule Full-Time Position Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturdays as needed Why Work at Haddad?
