Position Overview The company is seeking Customer Experience Specialists who are Bilingual in English & Spanish to join the RES & Care team. You must be fluent in English & Spanish to be eligible for the Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist opportunity. Specialists must understand and adhere to all the company and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements.
