Ice Cream Attendant

Diggerland USA is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Ice Cream Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team for the season! This is a great opportunity for teens and first-time workers to gain experience in customer service, food service, and teamwork in a fun amusement park environment. Ice Cream Attendants play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by serving ice cream and frozen treats while keeping work areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Job Responsibilities Serve ice cream, soft serve, and frozen desserts Operate, maintain, and clean soft-serve machines and basic food service equipment Take customer orders and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system Provide friendly, fast, and professional guest service Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure excellent guest experiences Answer guest questions and assist park visitors as needed Qualifications & Requirements Must be 16 years or older Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods Able to follow directions and work as part of a team No prior experience required - paid training provided!
