Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager. Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
• Experience managing at least 5 employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $49,400 - $62,400/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
