Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experience and outstanding styling sessions Drive retention of clients Strive to reach individual targets and support the team in achieving store targets Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining high standards in both front and back of house Support stock management in all aspects Professional and Personal Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a similar industry, preferably in a luxury/premium environment Energetic, proactive, and self‑motivated Demonstrates optimism, commitment, dedication, and curiosity Experience in a sales‑driven, goal‑oriented environment Understanding of omnichannel and clienteling concepts Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Compensation Hourly pay $17.00 USD plus commission, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
