Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PI System Analyst/Engineer to support our operational data infrastructure, particularly with OSIsoft PI systems. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the PI Asset Framework (AF), creating custom analyses, managing tag configurations, and designing effective PI Vision dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure meaningful use of real-time and historical process data.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the PI Asset Framework to support operational needs.
• Develop custom PI AF analyses to calculate KPIs, derived metrics, and performance indicators.
• Configure event frames and PI Notifications for critical process events.
• Create and manage PI tags, including digital, analog, and calculated points.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues between source systems and the PI Data Archive.
• Interpret and leverage source system data effectively within custom analyses.
• Design and develop dynamic PI Vision dashboards that visualize real-time and historical data.
• Utilize PI Vision's event frame search features to filter displays by templates, time, asset, or attribute.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to tailor dashboards to user needs.
• Monitor performance and health of PI Analyses and ensure data quality and system availability

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with OSIsoft PI System, including PI AF and PI Vision.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating performance metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of event frame configuration and tag management.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with operations and engineering staff.
