HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Lead Learning & Development Initiatives: Take primary responsibility for the end‑to‑end development and dynamic delivery of Ayco’s comprehensive training curriculum across the firm, including training new and existing planners and advisors across all financial planning pillars. Innovate Training Methodologies: Design and implement highly engaging and impactful training experiences utilizing interactive teaching methods, case studies, group discussions, simulations, and advanced technology tools. Strategic Curriculum Design & Content Creation: Drive the design and continuous enhancement of training programs, creating, curating, and regularly reviewing high‑quality materials, case studies, job aids, and reference guides. Provide Technical Guidance & Support: Serve as a key technical resource, offering expert guidance and support to associates, fostering a knowledgeable and capable workforce. Collaborative Team Integration: Collaborate with Content Specialists, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and elevate training outcomes. Strategic Team Contribution: Support broader Training and Development initiatives, contributing to strategic projects and driving departmental innovation and growth. Uphold Operational Excellence: Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, including quality assurance, client service, information security, and compliance, ensuring the highest standards in all training activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Financial Planning Foundation: Demonstrate knowledge across core financial planning pillars to design and deliver effective training. Academic Foundation: Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Analytical & Creative Acumen: Strong technical, analytical, and research skills with a robust capacity for creative thinking. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and fostering collaboration. Collaborative & Dynamic Work Ethic: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic team setting, consistently meeting deadlines. Organizational & Project Management Prowess: Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and project management capabilities. Strategic & Adaptable Mindset: Self‑directed, innovative, and adept at managing changing priorities. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Industry Experience (Preferred): 3‑5 years in financial services; CFP or CFA preferred. Training & Educational Background (Preferred): Prior teaching or training experience is a distinct advantage. Learning Technology Familiarity (Preferred): Experience with Articulate and SharePoint. Ayco Business Acumen (Preferred): Knowledge of the Ayco business model and operations.
