MASON PRO SERVICES | PHOENIX, ARIZONA | FAMILY-OWNEDCommercial HVAC Service Technician IICommercial Level 2 | Senior Journeyman TechnicianPAY: $36-$42/hour + monthly performance bonuses | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM | On-call rotationTake on the systems other technicians need help with.We're looking for a proven commercial service technician who can take full ownership of diagnostics, repairs and customer communication on more complex equipment. You will be trusted to solve difficult calls, reduce callbacks and help developing technicians get better.What You'll OwnHandle commercial PMs, no-cool/no-heat calls, inspections and quoted repairsIndependently diagnose and repair package units, split systems, WSHPs, fan coils, mini-splits, VAVs and PTACs - generally up to 20 tonsTroubleshoot 3-phase power, high- and low-voltage shorts, economizers, power exhaust, actuators and larger motorsDiagnose and commission VFDs, Pelican controls, pumps, hydronic components and advanced refrigerant problemsComplete detailed documentation, resolve callbacks and customer concerns, support junior technicians and participate in the on-call rotationWhat You Bring5+ years of commercial HVAC service experienceEPA 608 Universal certification and strong independent diagnostic abilityWorking knowledge of 3-phase systems, controls, VFDs, airflow and hydronicsValid driver's license and a safe driving recordNATE certification preferred; controls experience and lift certifications are a plusWhy Technicians Choose Mason ProCompany contribution toward health coverage401(k) plan with company matchTool allowance and company-supported tool programsTake-home company vehicleFamily-owned and operated - local leadership without corporate layersClear career paths with defined advancement opportunitiesPaid technical training, certification support and hands-on resourcesReady to talk?
