Key Qualifications:

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP
• Pennsylvania teaching certificate and up-to-date state clearances
• Experience with K–6th population and comfort supporting students with nonverbal and ASD/higher-needs profiles
• Familiarity with EdPlan IEP system and virtual service delivery preferred
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and an engaging approach

Responsibilities:

• Serve a consistent caseload of elementary students (mix of speech-only and speech as a secondary disability; higher needs and ASD present)
• Deliver direct and engaging therapy sessions with para support
• Perform quarterly progress monitoring and complete reports (no Medicaid billing; minimal student pull-out for paperwork)
• Collaborate with a well-organized team and utilize district systems for effective service
