Coordinator Preschool Ministry - IFG

Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting the Pastor to Children and Families for the Campus in managing and overseeing the ministries and office operations of the Preschool Ministry. Reports Directly to Campus Pastor Reports Indirectly to Network Lead Kids Ministry Prerequisites Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church. Affirm the FCN statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000. Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Experience in records management / database management is preferred. General Responsibilities Work independently or with minimal supervision. Manage personal and team workflow, including documenting assigned duties and tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a stressful work environment. Communicate with leadership, peers, members, volunteers, and prospects. Work a flexible schedule, which includes Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights . Supplemental Responsibilities First Step Milestone Class . Assist and qualify potential leaders, provide accountability to their role . Provide weekly support through hallway coordinators and team. Contact and encourage all leadership teams. Requests from Volunteers.
