Salary: $165k - $180k
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote

Senior .NET Developer
3 to 7+ years of experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core
1 to 3 years as a team lead or leadership role
3+ years Experience building frontend applications with React
3+ years Experience developing APIs and server-side applications using Node.js
3 + years Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
3+ years Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
3+ yearsExperience with MS SQL, Entity Framework, and REST APIs
Experience with Git and CI/CD environments
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

DUTIES:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET and React
Build and integrate REST APIs
Develop Node.js services and middleware
Utilize AI-powered developer tools
Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into applications
Design and develop Power Apps solutions
Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments
Develop Power Automate workflows
Support SharePoint modernization efforts
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Support deployments and releases
Collaborate with technical teams
Test, debug, and optimize applications
Support operational activities in a federal environment
