Overview Registered Nurse - ICU travel assignment in Portland, OR. Work in a short-term acute care hospital ICU starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $2,087-$2,231 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shifts are 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) in a high-acuity ICU setting. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,087-$2,231 per week Guaranteed hours: 36.0 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour blocks (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital ICU Responsibilities Deliver coordinated bedside nursing care for ICU patients per established standards and the nursing process. Monitor hemodynamic status, implement interventions, and adjust care plans as patient needs evolve. Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure safe medication practices. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate duties across shifts. Participate in discharge planning, provide patient/family education, and document care using the electronic health record (EPIC). Requirements Active RN license in the state of practice (OREGON) or as required by the state of assignment. BLS and ACLS required; facility-specific BLS/CPR policy compliance. EPIC experience required. Minimum of two years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience. BSN preferred; ability to work in an ICU setting and cover night shifts. Scheduling note: Night shifts required; holiday time-off requests will not be approved.
