Project Manager

Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing.Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate resources, personnel, equipment and materials to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates with team.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Utilize process mapping techniques to identify areas for process improvement.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management)Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of industry regulations and standardsAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersExceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think analyticallyMicrosoft Word and Excel; familiarity with JobTread software is a plusValid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
