How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Support patients with daily living activities, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence during their care.
• Assist with safely moving and positioning patients, helping prevent injury and promote mobility and recovery.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition, ensuring the care team can respond quickly and appropriately.
• Document basic care activities and patient observations, helping maintain clear and accurate care records for the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized patient environment and ready-to-use equipment, creating a safe and comfortable setting for care.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
