Restaurant District Manager - Fast Casual

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

Promote a people-first culture
Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
Accurately forecast business trends by store
Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations

Restaurant District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

3 years+ of multi-unit restaurant management experience
Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 MM+ annual sales
Fast casual restaurant management experience
Results-oriented
Minimum three years of multi-unit restaurant experience
Proven skills in staff development and team building
Commitment to a long-term career in the food service industry
Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
Candidate must be self-motivated and self-directed
Possess strong communication skills
