Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service * Manage daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment * Foster a people-first, guest-centric culture that delivers awesome food and a welcoming atmosphere * Build an environment where coworkers become compadres * Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and develop team members * Schedule shifts and maintain proper staffing levels * Oversee opening and closing procedures * Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally * Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health regulations * Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls * Complete payroll, cash handling, and operational reporting accurately and on time * Help drive restaurant performance, accountability, and operational consistency Qualifications * At least 1 year of restaurant management required * Previous leadership experience in a restaurant environment required * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Experience using POS systems and basic computer skills * Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills * Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities * Dependable, trustworthy, and professional * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays * Experience completing weekly inventory is preferred * Reliable transportation required What We Offer Culture Family-owned, small-business feel — you're not just a number, you're part of the family.
