• Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
• Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
• Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates

Position Summary

The BCBA provides clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA therapy and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) responsible for implementing treatment plans.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze clinical data, provide caregiver education and parent coaching, and supervise treatment implementation to ensure each child receives ethical, evidence-based care.

-> Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical evaluations.
• Identify each child's strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations.

Treatment Planning

• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Establish measurable treatment goals and objectives.
• Review clinical data and modify treatment plans based on progress and ongoing assessment.

Clinical Supervision

• Supervise, mentor, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
• Promote treatment fidelity, ethical practice, and clinical excellence.

Family Partnership

• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with families to establish meaningful treatment priorities.
• Support caregivers in implementing evidence-based strategies within daily routines.

Collaboration

• Coordinate care with physicians, educators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other providers as appropriate.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication to support continuity of care.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Review and analyze treatment data.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA requirements, payer requirements, and applicable state regulations.

Quality Improvement

• Participate in clinical meetings and peer collaboration.
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinical culture.

-> Required Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to client homes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home ABA therapy.
• Experience with CentralReach or a comparable electronic clinical documentation system.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are encouraged and valued.
