Shifts range between 7:00 am through 3:00 pm. Upon hire, you will receive your schedule. We offer paid training.Responsibilities:Friendly and effective communication with dispatch, Team Members, and guests to ensure the happiness of our guests and ownersPrepare all rooms for guest according to standardsNotify superiors of any damage, deficits and disturbancesDeal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patienceEnsure appropriate maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and toolsMaintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activitiesWhat are we looking for?Previous experience as a Cleaner or HousekeeperAbility to work with little supervisionCustomer Service experienceOrganizational and time management skills.HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families."
