Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for diverse communication needs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized speech and language therapy to preschool students
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to support each child’s unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to promote optimal student progress
  • Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
