Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position involves working night shifts with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments based on physician orders.
• Evaluate patients' respiratory condition and recommend treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Utilize medical equipment safely and effectively for patient care.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Certification: Must hold current Respiratory Therapist credentials.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy is required.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with a variety of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures.
• Patient Population: Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients is preferred.

Additional Information

This position will require working a guaranteed number of weekly hours and participation in weekend shifts every other weekend. There are no call requirements associated with this role.

• Bed Capacity: This unit accommodates up to 25 beds.
• Trauma Level: Level IV trauma care.
