How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Deliver direct nursing care aligned with organizational protocols and clinical standards.
• Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized patient care plans.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain a nursing focus on patient safety and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure a safe and successful patient transition.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
