About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Partnerships in Home Care to spearhead the development of new, high-growth revenue channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing an enterprise-wide partnership strategy, with a focus on long-term care insurance, veterans' affairs, and emerging non-traditional channels. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and requires a builder and closer who can operate with full accountability to growth targets. The VP will be expected to build and maintain strategic partnerships, turn them into billable patient care hours, and ensure a disciplined, CRM-driven pipeline with clear stage gates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, at least 10 years' of experience, and a deep understanding of the senior care ecosystem. The role demands a leader who can act as a market representative at the highest levels, with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The candidate should be a true leader, capable of thriving in ambiguity, and driven by outcomes. Experience in LTCi, VA programs, or healthcare services is essential, with a preference for those who have worked within LTCi carriers, the VA or government-funded healthcare programs, or managed care. The VP will be measured on their ability to establish and grow strategic partnerships, and their success will be directly tied to the company's growth in billed hours and active strategic partnerships.
