Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Skill Builders ABA Utah in Orem, UT. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to provide high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral plans and programs

• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families in implementing behavioral strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to further develop clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
