Job Title Product Manager Job Description This role involves product planning and release management, focusing on creating clear and executable product roadmaps and release plans. The position requires prioritizing initiatives based on business challenges, system capabilities, and available resources. Design end‑to‑end, implementation‑ready solutions, including business processes, data flows, system logic, and API integration approaches. Collaborate closely with architecture, development, testing, and AI engineering teams to validate technical feasibility. Translate business requirements into structured and actionable deliverables, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, interface specifications, and acceptance criteria. Manage end‑to‑end iteration management, including requirement reviews, development planning, risk identification, issue tracking, and release management. Drive effective collaboration across Development, QA, DevOps, AI, and Data teams to ensure timely deployment and stable operation of systems. Participate in critical project milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness reviews, and go‑live activities. Support business adoption through user training, documentation, knowledge base development, and change management communications. Coordinate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and global/regional organizations. Manage critical dependencies, deployment risks, environmental readiness, and resource allocation. Essential Skills Product management Agile methodologies API Integration Experience as Product Owner Knowledge of SDLC Experience leading system integration across factory/manufacturing environments Experience owning PRDs and working with engineering through deployment Support for UAT and go‑live for enterprise systems Experience working with ERP/MES/supply chain platforms Understanding of data flows and machine learning Knowledge of the hardware product lifecycle Additional Skills & Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Product Management, Solution Management, or System Implementation. Experience in enterprise system integration, business process implementation, or AI solution deployment is highly preferred. Experience in product management or project management within the 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) industry is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, data structures, and access control frameworks. Ability to communicate effectively with software developers, solution architects, AI engineers, and technical stakeholders. Work Environment The work environment is cross‑functional, collaborative, and agile‑driven. It is fast‑paced with evolving priorities and requires frequent interaction with engineering teams. The role involves global and regional coordination across distributed teams, with an emphasis on execution, accountability, and delivery quality. There is exposure to advanced technologies including AI and enterprise systems. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 – $114,000.00 per year. PTO, Benefits, Unlimited PTO, Bonus Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett, NC.
