Responsibilities Our RN Med Surg Float PRN role includes: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care by performing nursing assessments and diagnoses Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum as needed Qualifications Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting Current BLS required Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred HCA Florida West Hospital is a 515-bed facility with multiple specialized centers and services.
