The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S.The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility, supporting the General Manager in delivering a high-quality guest experience while supervising staff and maintaining a positive work environment. This position is responsible for leading team members during scheduled shifts, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities include:Leading, guiding, and supporting team members during shifts to ensure efficient operationsDelegating tasks and overseeing project completionIdentifying and addressing any operational weaknesses or staffing challengesSetting the standard for professionalism and teamwork by leading through exampleSupporting staff training and assisting in implementing new or updated policies and proceduresServing as the first point of contact for guest concerns and complaintsGreeting customers, assessing their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectationsProviding accurate information regarding games, merchandise, and facility featuresDemonstrating the use of games or equipment as neededResolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfactionCollaborating with the General Manager to assess employee performance and contribute to personnel developmentStaying informed of current promotions, sales events, payment policies, and safety proceduresRemaining vigilant and proactive in identifying security risks and potential theftTaking appropriate action when incidents arise, following company guidelines and protocolsBeing fully capable of performing and training others on all Arcade Attendant responsibilitiesMaintaining strong, respectful working relationships with all departments and team membersEnforcing company policies as outlined in the FEG/CCME Employee Policy and Procedure HandbookSupporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and guestsPerforming other duties as assigned by the General ManagerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 6 months experience as a Senior Arcade Attendant or similarDemonstrated leadership and communication skillsAbility to handle customer service situations calmly and effectivelyApply now to join our growing team and help us create memorable experiences in our locations.Family Entertainment Group is an equal opportunity employer.
