Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $31.00 $43.00 (based on experience)
• Salary Range: $64,480 $89,440 annually (full-time equivalent)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric, geriatric, and general patients
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and frequent reevaluations
• Manage patient pain, educate families, and document care plans
• Administer medications accurately following the SIX rights
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and follow ACLS protocols
• Utilize hemodynamic monitoring to support patient care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
• Respond rapidly to patient status changes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• NH RN license or eligibility
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
• Ability to perform assessments and procedures independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Hospital or ICU experience
• Rural or small-unit healthcare experience
