  Dress Code

• Black pants

• Closed-toe shoes

• Royal blue shirts (2 shirts provided by us )

  Supplies

• Please come prepared with your own  cleaning supplies and caddy

• If you are unable to provide supplies, we can assist (details will be discussed during the interview process)

Daily Workload
- Goal: 1–4 homes per day
- Standard cleans: approximately 2 hours per home
- Deep cleans: may extend to 4–5 hours
Pay Tiers
Carpool Team Member (No Supplies)
- $15 per hour
- Ride with another employee to job sites
- No supplies required
Independent Cleaner (Own Vehicle & Supplies)
- $20–$25 per hour (based on experience/performance)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and caddy
Additional Notes
- Standard cleans are typically 2 hours
- Deep cleans may extend to 4–5 hours
- Pay is based on hours worked per job
- Pay is issued every Friday
- Payment methods: ADP onboarding - 1099 or W2 option
