Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

Previous inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse, or quality assurance experience preferred Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Duties

Perform routine physical inventory counts and cycle counts throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and handheld devices to verify inventory accuracy Compare physical inventory to WMS records and investigate discrepancies Research and resolve missing, misplaced, or unlocated inventory Inspect products for damage, defects, wear, expiration dates, or quality concerns Update inventory records and enter accurate count data into warehouse systems Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to supervisors Support receiving, shipping, and staging teams in locating products and resolving inventory issues Follow company procedures and complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy. Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
