Director of Delivery, National Accounts at Bayforce Location: Garner, NC (Contract-to-Hire) Duration: 6 Months We’re looking for a Senior M365 Power Platform Engineer with hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow to provide essential support and continuity for our Power Platform environment. You’ll step into a key role ensuring stability, performance, and enhancement of existing solutions following the transition of our senior engineer. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows. Reverse engineer current solutions to identify issues and improve functionality. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, etc.). Design and implement automation that drives efficiency and business impact. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support long‑term platform sustainability. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow. Strong troubleshooting and reverse engineering capabilities. Experience with Dataverse, API integrations, and data connectors. Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
