Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products while actively selling and servicing an existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe work practices. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs., including: Active driver's license Minimum age of 21 DOT medical certification Documentation of prior employment Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation and demonstrable interpersonal skills. Self‑motivation and a collaborative mindset to meet team goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions.
