Financial Reporting Analyst

Ascend Talent Partners is partnering with a publicly traded company to identify an SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional ready to build deeper SEC reporting experience within a sophisticated public company environment. You will gain hands‑on exposure to 10-K and 10-Q filings, financial statement footnotes, MD&A, GAAP and SEC research, SOX compliance, external auditors, and other key financial reporting initiatives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3–5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP SEC reporting or SEC research experience is a plus CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment Hybrid: 4 days per week in office WHY THIS ROLE?
